For all shipping, we use the most economical solution available for your address, and get your order out as fast as we can. If you have a specific shipper request, we will honor this. We aim to prepare all in-stock orders for shipping within 3 business days. We ship packages with the Post Office Monday - Friday and UPS (usually cheaper) picks up Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Very occasionally, we may experience delays due to supply chain constraints or other forces beyond our control. If we are not able to ship your order within five days of receipt, we will contact you to explain the timeline and offer you a refund if you prefer. Wholesale orders and those ordering gift boxes for a third party can specify shipping date but we are unable to hold individual orders for future ship dates. Free shipping over $60 applies when the shipment is being delivered to one address. For shipping to multiple addresses, please complete separate orders, or if ordering multiple gift boxes, please get in touch with us directly to coordinate. Please bear in mind that shipping times tend to go a little crazy over the holidays but you will receive a tracking number once the order is prepared for shipment and if there is a major delay or the package gets lost, please do get in touch.
