Jalapeño Jelly

Our most popular flavor — and a Good Food Award winner — this jelly has earned its place at so many tables. We take extra care with every batch, making sure the small bits of jalapeños and peppers are evenly suspended throughout the golden sweetness. It’s that kind of detail that takes a little more time, but it’s worth it when you taste it.

We love it spooned over a block of cream cheese with crackers (it disappears fast at gatherings), spread on warm biscuits or toast, or served alongside baked ham for an easy way to add flavor.

Fredericksburg Peach Jam

There’s nothing quite like a Texas peach, and this jam is one of our proudest creations. We pack each jar with ripe, juicy fruit to bring you that just-picked-from-the-orchard flavor year-round. It’s sweet, smooth, and full of sunshine.

Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

This is so lovely and nearly 90% raspberries blended with smoky chipotle for a sauce that’s as beautiful as it is delicious. It’s sweet, tangy, and just a little bit smoky. Once you try it, you’ll want to put it on everything.

We love it as a glaze for chicken or salmon, drizzled over pork chops, or spooned over bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers. Some of our customers even use it in place of ketchup and we can’t argue with that.
